"The cream of chicken soup was good, but the grilled cheese was just 2 slices of warm bread with cheese in the middle. No way is that a classic grilled cheese. The bread was barely toasted and had no butter or very little on it. For almost $5 for a 1/2 sandwich, I expected more. On to the 1 star for the atmosphere. The booth I sat at was horribly dirty. The seat backs were smeared with food and the wall had food smeared on it as well. The floor under the booth looked like it hadn't been pulled out and swept or mopped in a long time. Sad, because I used to love Panera. But no more."

"A few months ago when there was a supply chain issue with lettuce, we ate here and got a bowl full of rotten lettuce. When we took it back, they refused a refund and literally said they can't afford to be picky. So... not serving rotten food is being picky?? We stopped going for a long time, but tonight I had a craving. It had been a while, and we haven't had issues with lettuce anywhere else (salad bars, restaurants, grocery store), all has been great, so I figured they'd be sorted out by now. Nope, bowl full of rotten lettuce again! This is ridiculous, you can not serve rotten food to people!!!!!! You better believe this will be reported to the health department, this is completely unacceptable. We will not be visiting this Panera again, and I urge everyone to opt out of lettuce on sandwiches, and not to order salads, because they don't care one bit about unsafe food service. Also, my husband got the tomato soup and ended up with food poisoning. I wonder what else they "can't afford to be picky" about?"

"Can you guys kindly figure out a way to organize the whole sip club situation? I keep placing my order on the app for a drink only, which tells me my drink is self serve; however, the amount of times I've been hounded by employees asking me what I'm doing, when I'm doing what the app says, is ridiculous. The easiest way you do it is when you just leave me a cup at the pick up area with the order name on it. Then I can just grab it quickly without having to wait in line when I've already placed my order and the app tells me its ready. I don't self serve myself anymore if there isn't a cup there at the pick up area with my name on it, because I'm tired of dealing with the employees thinking I'm stealing. It's annoying that I'm placing an online order so I can get in and get out, just to have to wait in line just to get a cup and explain why I'm there. And half of the time, they want my phone number to look me up and make sure I'm part of the reward program but it's like...I placed an online order WITH my reward account info so why do you need to look me up again? I'm literally just picking up an order I already put my info in for, not placing a new one. Can you please just put a cup up in the order area with the order name (like any other online order) each time someone orders a drink only so we can stop having to wait in line and explain our situation? Or, if it really is self serve, can you find a way where I can grab my cup and not get accused by your employees for stealing? I'm sure people DO steal, so I get it, but I just feel like this could be organized better lol"

"The food is amazing here and the atmosphere is great for business meetings. My only complaint is that it can be pricey. I paid $5 for barely about a scoop of Mac N Cheese which stinks, but the flat bread pizza was great though!"
