"Definitely an off day. Service was really slow and inattentive (had to ask for refills, and long wait time for our order to be taken). Our server was very distracted and failed to bring things when asked (spoons, refills, and to go boxes)."
"My parents and I ALWAYS have the best experience at this Chili’s! From the hosts to the servers to the manager, the people who work here provide consistently wonderful, attentive, and friendly service. The food is always perfectly cooked and the chips and salsa is my favorite around. Highly recommend this restaurant!"
"Firstly, our servers and service was excellent. The 1-star comes from the food. I ordered the 16 Bone in wings with 2 flavors. Half of rhe order (8 wings) were overcooked tenfold and visually obvious. Our wonderful server had them remake the 8 wings. I took them in a to go box for later. Same result, couldn't even eat them they were so overcooked (or had just been sitting under a heat lamp because the time frame of the new ones didn't compute. Wings take longer than a few minutes). I'm pretty frustrated for spending $20 for this meal. We eat at our local chili's quite a bit and never have any issues. We will never go to this location again. It was like holding a $20 bill over a flame, poof...$20 gone.....for nothing."

"This evening we ordered two meals, delivered by Uber Eats. When our meals arrived, we were very disappointed with the quality of the food. My margarita chicken, which cost $17 dollars, came with a very small serving of rice and chicken and a container of black beans. My wife's meal, costing $17 dollars, was equally as disappointing. Don't waste you money ordering to go meals at Chili's. Extremely poor offering for amount charged."
