"Cozy restaurant north of Gainesville having steaks, prime rib and salmon. Not overcrowded, but we could hear ourselves talking. Friendly staff, great service. Everything we had was fresh and delicious. I will go there again. Came back again for a wonderful meal and some desserts to die for especially the 6 layer Champagne cake. Had the 16oz Prime Rib tonight cooked to perfection - medium rare."

"If you’re looking for a great steak dinner with unbelievable hand crafted desserts, than Quillians is for you! The owner is amazing and her daughter makes the desserts here. They are absolutely lovely people and the desserts are to die for. Their steaks are grilled to perfection and they have several sides to try out. If you’re in the area give these folks a shout. You will not regret it!"
