Even the clearance items are the same. I think its time to upgrade the selection and purge the clearance section. I love this store too much for this type of disappointment."

"Rude is the name of the game when hiring the staff for this store. My son was scolded and I couldn't purchase an item because it was almost closing time, the tag was not on the item and the I was told to go get another like it because it can't be scanned without a tag. Um no! You know your product or should, YOU get something to scan. Wth. Not the first rude interaction with rue 21 employees. The only time they r nice is when they want u to buy a fragrance. By the way, i used to work there! This is not the rue way!. Do better."
