"I feel like i go to rue21 way too often but they have comfortable clothing. its pretty trendy, but not in an adult way. its nowhere near alternative, and can be used for outfit basics and accessories."

"I often go in this store and shop because my teens love there clothes , prices are good and I work very close. I always get good service there but today was just over the top.I had a manger her name was Shenyce who was great and very involved and and outgoing plus a young lady named Jala who was so helpful and downtown to earth they keep me on point about all the sales , My points ,and Jala even offered to come help my find something for myself intending of just buying for the kids ... Overall experience was great and I felt everyone needed to know about these two amazing people."

Was so helpful. Customer service was good there. Usually when there's young people. Is hit-and-miss but this time the girl was very nice."
