"Not sure if there are new owners but this tea is disgusting.. I ordered a thai tea and It tasted like water? Literally no flavor at all what so ever, and they don’t accept cash but take cash tips… interesting. The tea had much more flavor before. Not sure what happened but this is flavourless and disgusting. Not coming heree again ever"

"The staff is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is decorated nice and you can take plenty of pictures. The popcorn chicken was nasty to me. I believe the flavor was either teriyaki or sweet bbq. The flavor was just not doing it for me because it tasted like nothing but 5 spice seasoning. The drink wasn't too bad it was just super sweet. Next time, I'll get less sweetness added to the drink. I will try it one more time to see if my opinion has changed."

"This is just another cookie cutter tea place that is all about presentation and packaging rather than substance. What you are paying for is high prices on fancy cups and containers but drinks are bland, artificial tasting that might attract kids and those new to milk tea but not repeat customers. I ordered calamari, lychee tea and taro frappe. My frappe was just blended ice with hint of taro. I'm pretty sure it doesn't cost much to add another spoonful of the powder for flavor and will keep buyers satisfied. My daughter said they might as well label it lychee syrup juice because it's definitely not tea and my calamari not only lacked flavor, it wasn't crispy. Pretty sure they just bought a frozen bag and popped in air fryer and if they charged me 5 I'll accept it. At $10 I expected restaurant quality. I'm very supportive of small and local business but owners need to understand in order to succeed they need substance. Quality tasting food that sets them apart and prices reasonable to attract people to try different places things. I would pay for quality and great tasting food not packaging and marketing"

"I’m very upset of my experience I had at King Kong. I order a Paradise smoothie on June 28, 2023 at 8:10pm. I’m a loyal customer and to find an item In my favorite drink is truly ridiculous. I have brought this drink multiple times & never had an experience like this. It’s truly upsetting that I spent my hard earn money and couldn’t finish the drink. I threw up immediately after seeing it. Hopefully they will be able to rectify the situation."

"After finally getting a chance to try them out, I’m sure I’ll be back again to try some other things. I love that they not only serve smoothies, teas, and other drinks but also food items, and the aesthetic of the store is definitely cute! My mom and I loved our smoothies, and the wings were also good, my only con is that you can tell the wings are just friend and dipped in sauce rather than actually have any type of seasoning on them. If they add a bit of seasoning to the wings they would be amazing. All in all, I will be trying them out again."
