"The customer service experience was highly unprofessional. Despite managing customer service myself, the handling of my mobile order was subpar. While waiting at the speaker, I was told to wait, but others who arrived later had their orders taken first. When I drove to the window, the employee confronted me rudely. Moreover, they intentionally made me wait for 20 minutes before delivering my food, displaying a lack of efficiency and courtesy."

"Whoever this white girl is in the drive through to get the food is so rude! She tells me “pull up at 1 have a good day “..closes the window . Then I sat there and asked can you put sweet and sour sauce in my bag she tell me. “I’m not putting nothing in your bag have a good day” if I would have jumped out of my car I would’ve been a angry black women but why are you talking to me Like this at 10:30 . I know this is McDonald’s but that’ was for no reason ."

"Food quality has been good and consistent lately. Speed is decent in drive thru most times. Having older/ mature managers are a plus. They have resolved issues better and kept order amongst the younger staff. It's been appreciated!"

"McDonald's has its pros and cons. The best part is their app, which offers great deals. Unfortunately, the days of $1 drinks are gone. The fries are delicious when fresh and hot. I personally don't enjoy their burgers, and the quality of the fish sandwich can be hit or miss. However, the customer service is surprisingly good, considering the young staff. They handle tense situations professionally, which is commendable."
