Never in all my travels across the United States have I come across this type of service from a Waffle House. This is an embarrassment to the company. The food was still good at least."

"Went in yesterday with my family around 3pm and the service was great. Although there was only 1 employee working in the whole restaurant he handled everything perfectly. He spoke to everyone nicely, advised he was alone and apologized yet he kept a smile on his face the whole time. He kept things in order and brought everything out correctly. Even the food was the best we've had in a while from a Waffle House. It's a shame they had him working alone and he definitely needs a raise. His service was great. We'll definitely be going in again when he's on the clock. Thanks!"
