"Very rude and has no good customer service at all . I always go here but never during the morning shift starting at 5am they was two ladies already talking mess about other coworkers very loud while customers was there. I asked can they grill my bread on the grill that no meat was cooked on because I don’t eat meat they basically. I looked over and she was putting it on the grill with the meat and I said something to then she instantly caught a attitude and stated I had to eat it from that grill because all they grill get meat cooked on it when I come here almost every other day and the evening shift have no problem! One lady tried to resolve the issue and the other one stated “ no she getting her refund “ very rude and GHETTO . never again they make me not even wanna give them my money"

"Waffle House is an American staple! A must see and must taste! The staff at this particular waffle house is amazing! Not sure what other words to use to describe how welcoming, friendly and amicable the whole team was! The service was impeccable! The food... Tasty, savory, fresh and very southern! A wonderful experience! Thanks to the everyone who made the Waffle experience awesome for my family and I!"

"Only 3 tables were available the rest was blocked off, had two cooks and two servers. We waited on a booth, waitress got our order and brought me HALF of a cup of coffee in a small to go cup, (pic attached) I asked for dark roast which I never got, our silverware was brought out in a coffee cup of water (pics attached) my husband ordered tea and never got a refill I never got anything else to drink either, we were told they were making more tea but we never got any so we had to eat with no drink. Half a cup of coffee was gone before our food showed up. So it sucked. However, after I had to send my hash browns back the food was good my husband was a little aggravated with how his food looked but were use to our waffle house at home (Clinton, TN) they serve and plate and make sure everything is correct and plated things differently."
