"The staff was attentive and kind when I stopped in to look for jeans last night. One staff member pulled together about eight options for me to try on and everyone working in the store called me by name. When one of my items rang up at the wrong price (a recent clearance markdown) the staff member at the cash register caught and corrected the error before I could even say anything. I will return to this WHBM again."

"I am always receiving compliments on my clothing and jewelry from WHBM. I stopped in to look at the newest items added for the summer collection. I was greeted by a very friendly associate Taylor. She was so knowledgeable and polite. She pointed out the decorative stitching, the pleating, the softness of fabric, what items worked best together. She pulled colors that look amazing with my skin tone. I left with some amazing new outfits & accessories. I will be back very soon and hope Taylor will be able to assist me again."

"I shop ALOT at WHBM. This is not my usual location and I was a stunned at the service I received. I brought back a jacket purchased online which I have never worn. The ticket was not on the jacket bit the plastic fastener and the buttons were still attached. Honestly I don’t know if there was ever a ticket on it, or I would have cut the plastic fastener off also. The salesperson was rude would not look up my account which had my purchase history on. I was out done and not be back to this location."
