Ross Dress for Less

"Customer of 9 years. Just returned from trying to get store credit in exchange for shoes I was double-charged for. After explaining that I did not desire any kind of return and awaiting a manager, I explained what happened: Another customer had been inquiring about a 49-cent product(s) for a while (on the evening of 01/23). The line was so backed up that people were leaving the store. I proposed to the staff member handling my checkout at register 6 that I could postpone my return and proceed with purchasing the selected items instead. They were very nice and handled my checkout and return anyway. However, I noticed that my shoes were left on the counter when they were done. Upon bringing this to their attention, they promptly scanned and placed them in my bag. I understand that I should have marched right back in the store when I realized I was charged for two pairs and received one; however, my actions were a response to the positive and courteous manner in which I was treated. This employee had too much on the plate and willingly put themself out there and made a mistake during an extremely busy time when sales were on the line. What I did was give 24 hours before I returned for my second "return". This evening, I was eventually asked by the manager to come back tomorrow, 01/25, to speak with a manager. I hope to revise this to 5-stars and put some of the recent poor reviews about this location to rest. Stand by -"

"Yesterday my aunt went to buy a watch for her relatives that she was going to visit, an Indian lady gave horrible service, the things were out of her hands and she did not want to show them the products. With two and a half hours left to close, being the manager, it seems disrespectful to me that people want to go shopping and give us such a horrendous service. My aunt came back very angry and frustrated yesterday and said she felt slighted, horrible service from this store."

"First timer to this shop. I actually went to pick some home decors , but couldn’t find much . Dresses were all over the place but not that attractive . I saw some Nike and other brands at the front (for kids) which were good. Most of the bath linens and rugs were OK and I picked few rugs . No customer service at all. Very difficult to get anyone to help . Billing was also super slow. Average experience overall.."
