"Chaos is best way to describe my first and last experience at this store. Inept manager and employees. No clue what's going on. Placed online order for in-store pickup waited but never got confirmation that order was ready for pickup. After a day of waiting called and went to pick up after confirming with the corporate 1800 number they were at store ready for pick up. Once there no shoes to be found. Was told order had been cancelled for failure to pick up in allotted time. Less than 48 hours after placing order they cancelled order!! Asked manager how long do you normally give someone to pick up an order. This seemed a bit extreme to cancel less than 48 hours from time of order. This was not a hold but a paid order. She just said she got a cancel order if not picked up in 2 hours and had put them back. Weirdly enough my bank account did not reflect a cancellation or refund after I checked since she suggested I had to repurchase shoes. Once confirming with bank that the order was not cancelled and charges were still pending the manager spoke with someone and after much back and forth I got shoes finally. Once home realized the size 7 ordered were a size 9. Which was aggrevating as I did check box to make sure these were correct shoes but failed to verify size. So my bad there. Drove a second time to store to exchange and they were like "oh I looked at the UK size, sorry." Wasted nearly 2 hours of my day on this. If not for my daughter's birthday I would have just demanded a refund and went elsewhere. Incompetent is being generous for this place. The whole experience just seemed really sketchy to me. Will go elsewhere in future."

"Not a ton of selections and what they have they dont have the most popular sizes for men. 10 1/2 to 12. I bought from a competitor because they didn't have proper sizes in stock."
