Starbucks

"The drinks at this Starbucks location are very inconsistent! Sometimes they’re okay and other times they’re terrible (very rarely do I get one there that I think is actually good). I just don’t understand why each employee isn’t taught to make the drink exactly the same way every single time. The person handing them out at the window should as well know what each drink should look like and catch it before they send it out. There are other Starbucks in the area that are much better."

"I prefer this Starbucks in East Cobb because it's not crowded and tables are available, even though it's small. Parking is easy too."

"Ordered a cup of coffee. Was handed a lukewarm cup. Handed back and asked for a fresh cup. The response from the server: "I figured " as she proceeded to tell someone to make a new pot. I mean if you figured, should you still handed me the first cup to begin with?"

"Ordered my usual but at a different location because of an appointment. This was second visit here. My order was wrong. I made a u turn in rush hour and went via drive thru again. Explained my predicament. A Chai (not what I ordered) vs a Macchiato. Doesn’t sound the same not to mention taste is different. They remade the order. The young woman at the woman at the window had nothing at all to say. I guess I was wrong to expect an apologetic word or attitude. So I said: “You’re welcome” To which she replied “no worries. You’re good.” I took a sip and the drink was still wrong. The rep I spoke to suggested I go to the next Starbucks so I could move along in rush hour."
