"I live in Kansas City now, so I have not been to Stoney River for several years....I brought my Mom there for her 81st Birthday and was So Very Impressed! I made my reservation online, making notes of my Mom's B~Day and the type of table & location I preferred...They read my notes and made the evening PERFECT...The Service was Great, the Food Excellent, and the Fireplace table location made our Experience Absolutely Perfect!"

"This was simply a surprisingly great dinner experience! First, the bread... Oh My Goodness! That's all that needs to be said about that. Everything on my plate for this meal was super flavorful! That is one of the largest pieces of Halibut I have ever had, and each bite was just as great as the first. The service at the restaurant is outstanding. Everyone is very friendly, engaging, and just a lot of fun to talk to. They are attentive, but not overbearing. The restaurant has a solid vibe and it is very clean. My first trip to Stoney River Steakhouse and Grill was definitely a grand slam! I highly recommend this restaurant when you visit the Atlanta area!"

"There was a time that Stoney River was a place for excellent service and premium steak, that has changed tremendously. This location entrance is very awkward, the appetizer and soup were average, but the main course was failure after failure regardless of how many times they tried. The MOD was totally out of touch, the final offer was to comp the food without even trying to correct the issue in the timely manner, when all was said and done the rest of the party decided to end the dinning and move to another establishment. This location will also shut down if it continue such service and quality of food and how the issues are addressed. It is very unsanitary when the manager in the front line eats out of the bowl, then with the same hands handles the food for the server to deliver to the table."

"Good experience overall. Our server was attentive. We had the lobster bisque, ribeyes prepared medium, green beans, and au gratin potatoes. Mini rolls were tasty, a little sweet."

"A nice blend of upscale and casual. We've come here for our last 2 anniversaries. More expensive than most, but you sure get what you pay for. Our go to for special occasions. We got the Deviled Eggs for our appetizer, then ordered the Petite Fillet Minion (7oz) with Au Gratin Potatoes, and the Coffee Cured Filet Mignon (10oz) with One Pound Baked Potato. We had made a reservation online and arrived a few minutes early, but were seated right away. Our steaks were cooked perfectly, melt on your mouth tender! Our appetizer was also excellent, but I suggest only ordering one if you're with 3 or more people, unless you're ok with taking half of your entree home. Our server Evan was very pleasant, fast, and kept us with fresh drinks."
