"This is such a convenient location, and the baristas are always so kind, but the mobile ordering is always SO SLOW. The point of mobile ordering is to be able to run in and grab your drink without having to wait. That never happens at this location, whether they are slammed or if all the tables or empty. For some reason I keep giving them another chance, but never again. They always overpromise and underdeliver. Today I ordered before I even left my house. I ended up waiting in store ~10 minutes past the estimated pickup time. The barista was confused when I asked her to cancel my mobile order because I couldn’t wait any longer. Management needs to hire more staff or to improve their systems."

"So slow with mobile ordering- Every time.single.time. No idea how they are getting “fast” reviews. Perhaps they do better if you order in store. They do have a great indoor/covered outdoor patio space. No drive thru. I always cave and give them another chance- just to confirm why I stopped using this one."
