Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

"This Zach’s is the worst one around the Chattanooga Surrounding area. I ordered the Fried Cheese bites that are $5.20. This is all i get? Almost a dollar a bite and they are cold. Didn’t include marinara either"

"When I went into the restaurant to pick up my online order I was ignored while they continued thier conversation (all of the employees including the cook) . When I walked in today the last said, “Dine in or Togo”. We advised that it was a pick up order (My order was already ready on the back counter). She turned around and continued her conversation. My husband then said , “Excuse me, that’s my order.” They gave him the food. He checked the food and he was short a tender (he got the 6 finger plate) she got an attitude and put a finger in a box. He proceeded to check my order (I got the wings and thingz) my boneless wings were not sauced. He proceeded to tell the cashier and she said “That’s just how it is.” It was not busy in the establishment. I was the only customer inside. It was only 1 car in the drive thru. I do not understand how the customer service drastically dropped over the past few months. I do not mind coworkers talking WHILE WORKING. But for us to have to wait until they finish the conversation is UNACCEPTABLE. UPDATE: Called down to speak with the manager, Brandon to advise of the situation. His excuse was that he wears many hats even though he was in the kitchen cooking. He cannot monitor what the employees do. He proceeded to say that everything is a matter of opinion and that they are a franchise location and not a corporate location. He then offered to remake the food l, I advised him after the conversation I felt uncomfortable with him making our food and I will come to show him the plates that were given and requested a full refund."

"Normally pretty good but this has been happening more frequently. I typically stop here a few times a week. I ordered boneless bbq wings and got some with basically no sauce at all and a poor serving of fries."

"Not far of I 75 and easy to get to from the interstate. We decided to dine in today since we were in the area. Service and food were good. This is a nice place to eat."

"I heard that the Asian Zensation Zalad was back and I was so excited. It's the only thing I eat at Zaxby's. The zalad was great except there was no egg roll and some of the lettuce was a little past fresh. I also ordered a Peach tea and it was good but way too sweet. I took it home and watered it down and it was perfect. My husband ordered the chicken finger plate. He said the crinkle fries were stale like they had been sitting under a heat lamp. The chicken fingers were good with the Zak sauce and the Coleslaw was average."
