"Front receptionist said my appointment was at 10:20.I got there at 10:30 when it was only 3 of us in waiting room. When l saw her call a person before me that's when she said l was late but when was she gone tell me that."

"Dr Garner knows his stuff! now if we could get rid of the front office staff this practice would be elite. the front office is rude, inconsiderate and thinks and cares about nothing but herself. She can be an inconvenience to the patient but she is not going inconveniate.. and then act like you are the problem."

"I have been going to Dr. Garner since 2018. He is an awesome doctor that is why I am still there. The last time I made an appointment I got into it with his receptionist Andrea, as hard as I have tried she and I got into it almost every time I had an appointment, I started having anxiety about going to his office. I was just told to keep getting my cpap equipment that I have to go in to the office at least once a year. Just going on the website to get the number to make an appointment gave me anxiety and I haven’t been in over a year."

"I love Dr. Garner. He is attentive and thorough. His PA also. If the front staff doesn’t have time to call me back, I leave a message on the nurses line. I never have trouble getting what I need."

"This staff is the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered at a doctors office. It took forever for them to call me back for my initial referral appointment. When I called back to reschedule my follow up, they immediately put me on hold in a rude manner with no explanation. I called back and the lady that answered the next time told me she was checking patients in and like she didn’t have time for me and I was inconveniencing her. I will not be going back because of the front staff. There are other reviews that I’ve read that reflect the same way I feel. I wonder if Dr. Garner knows about this or does he care. My encounter with him was fine"
