"Thank you Martina! I truly appreciate your professionalism and care. You are so excellent in what you do!"
"Their personnel needs training on how to be nicer/friendlier to clients. They could do a WAY better job. They are rude (at least the lady who did my lab work today). On the other hand, Labcorp’s walk-in/check-in system is amazing!"
"Christina Lymus is the rude technician that everyone is having issues with. This is the message that I ended up having to send to a job that sent me her because she threatened to fail my drug test on her own "Is there any way at all possible that I can be sent to another labcorp? When I went to take my test the collectors told me to give my husband my bag which I understood but when I came back she saw my phone in my pocket and told me to go take it to my husband which was the weird part. When I got in there she told me to pee in the cup and not to flush to toilet and I did as she asked and when I set the cup where she told me, I asked if I could wash my hands because anyone peeing in a cup isn't going to walk away with clean hands. She was very snappy with me and rude and I told her I'm confused I'm tried to defuse her letting her know that i wasnt trying to give her a hard time i only asked because i got pee on my hand and she was still very rude so I was silent while flushing and cleaning the toilet for the next person that had to take a test and even then she was very angry with me and rushing me and I was just being silent through all of that mistreatment until she told me I could wash my hands and as i washed my hands i told her that she hurt my feelings and i work with customers and I would never talk to anyone that way at that point she was very upset and told me she didnt care and that she could just fail my test because she didnt ask for my opinion. At that point I just kept my mouth closed until it was time for me to leave and I told her that I hope her day gets better. The collectors name was Christina Lymus and I talked to the manager in the store and I tried calling her supervisor but she didnt answer. I don't know what was going on with her but I was just trying to be a calm as possible so she wouldnt fail my test but I would like to take another test if possible because the level of unprofessionalism from that woman truly hurt my feelings and had my husband wanting to call the police and go off and I'm just trying to do everything the right way without causing any issues for anyone. I just need this job and I dont have time for the possibility of someone tampering with my results because they are having a bad day. Someone please contact me as soon as possible. I am doing my best to get in contact her supervisor and the store manager so she can be reprimanded for this because there is no telling how many other people she could have done that to.""
"Labcorp closed the location that was 5 minutes from my house so I had to drive 20 miles to get to the closest one. This place is a nuthouse and only one person running the entire show. Labcorp should be ashamed, I don't know how the technician handled all that was going on without exploding. My appt time was schedule for 9:30AM and I arrived about a half hour early. People were walking in off the street to get their blood tested without an appointment and in the short time I was there I observed a group of 5 men in their construction vests that came in all at once for their required drug screen. Not sure how Labcorp expects one person to handle all of this. Observing the people at the Marietta location, there isn't much respect happening, either. People were coming in and bypassing the self serve kiosk and knocking on her door. Some didn't appear to speak English, yet she tried her best to communicate. People were angry they had to wait (although they didn't make an appt), some claimed to have scheduled on-line but she didn't have the appt in the system. People, this isn't her fault, she's there to do her job, draw blood, conduct drug screens, whatever else. Contact Labcorp directly if you're not happy, don't pull her away from her work and argue so she can fall even further behind. I was taken care of within a few minutes of my appt time. Now picture this, I sit down in the chair, she just finishes up with another customer and she's confirming information with me. Knock, Knock, she excuses herself to go to the door and it turns out to be Fedex with a delivery. Okay, guess that can happen. She handles that, comes back to me and another loud knock on the door. A customer has been waiting for 30 minutes and had yet to be seen. I heard her nicely tell the customer she was a walk-in and that she'd get with her as soon as she could. Customer was not happy. Now she comes back to me to draw my blood. Knock knock again. She's the only person drawing blood and she has to answer the door while she has a needle in some persons arm? I felt bad for her, probably the usual can't find help, although the tiny room she was working out of probably couldn't have held another person. When I left the room, there were at least 10 people waiting to see here including the 5 men that came in for drug screens. The problem appears to be more with Labcorp than with the staff, They closed the nice large Labcorp facility that was 5 minutes from my house and now they open these tiny places in a closet at Walgreens that is 25 minutes away and it appears this one at least is a one person show? I think if I was the only person serving customers and had to put up with the circus I observed taking place, I'd probably find another place to work. Best of luck, thanks for your hard work in a crazy environment."
"The online booking is worthless. I booked my appointment online, arrived to the location on time, checked in online, waited in my car for 25 minutes and I never received the message about my turn. I finally decided to walk in and my name wasn't even on the monitor. I checked in again, waited again but this time inside the building. When finally my turn came the technician did not want to perform my glucose test because she said that it was going to be a 4 hour test when it clearly was a 2 hour test as stated on the Dr's order. The technician said that she was not going to be able to give me the test because their lunch was at 12:30 and it was about 9:30am when she said that. It was obvious that the technician did not want to give me the test for some reason that I can't understand. So I wasted my time by booking my place online, only to have to wait in the car and walk in to a rude technician that did not help me. I was so upset that I ended up in tears over the ordeal. This whole situation happened at the Labcorp at Walgreens on Roswell Rd location in Marietta. My husband called a different location, and they said there was no reason for the test to be a 4 hours test, and they took me in. They were a little nicer there, I was glad that they were able to help me after the Roswell Rd location failed me."
