"I just recently saw Dr. Olson . He was wonderful, listening to my concerns and doing his examination. He put me at ease. His office staff has been very responsive and I haven't had any issues getting in touch with them."

The administrative staff and the current medical assistant are the most remarkably useless, unhelpful, untruthful and outright rude medical professionals I’ve ever encountered. The most basic functions have to be constantly followed up on as they do not track nor care for patients. Dr. Olson is well enough whenever you’re able to get to him. His representation by way of the staff of this office could not be any worse."

"I have never felt so dismissed by a medical professional as I did by Dr. Olson at Dekalb Neurology Group. I brought a list of my neurological concerns as I was already worried my symptoms might be dismissed. Unfortunately, when Dr. Olson entered the exam room, he seemed rushed, barely listening to my concerns and quickly performing some neurological exams. Not once did he explain the exams he was performing. He left the room at the end of the appointment without asking me if I had any questions or giving me a chance to voice any further concerns -- he simply walked out. I was left feeling confused and dismissed. A doctor should advocate for their patients. Do not see Dr. Olson if you want your neurological concerns to be taken seriously."

"I've been going here for almost 10 years but these last two years has been a travesty. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE AND IT TAKES WEEKS FOR U TO GET A CALL IF U GET A CALL. I've been trying to call to pay a bill for four days and can't get anyone on the phone and they do not provide an online payment option so I have no choice but to keep calling since I stay an hour away. My last visit with Dr. Olson was awful,he's normally good but this visit he seemed uninterested in what I had to say and wasn't attentive like he normally was. But I brushed it off saying he probably was having a bad day. Trying to get my results after my tests was another task.Ive found another neurologist and anyone thinking about going here just look at the ratings. The office is just going DOWN. I'm not sure if the staff is underpaid,or if they're short staff,or maybe they just don't care ,but I know it's AWFUL now and very DISSAPPOINTING!"
