"I have been going to Dr. Armstrong for a few years now and she is an excellent doctor, her staff is always friendly and professional. Whenever I need paperwork sent to other doctor's offices or referrals, they have been on it! Unlike another doctor's office I was going to in between the insurance mix-up. It was like pulling back teeth to get anything done and actually the last referral I requested was NEVER sent, so I left that practice. I left Dr. Armstrong for a few months because when my insurance renewed, they had her listed as out of network, but when I renewed for the new year, they had corrected it. While in transition waiting for my insurance issue to be fixed, I received a letter from her practice stating that they were closing. I was too outdone because I wanted her as my PCP! So after receiving the letter, I called the office and a gentleman informed me that they would be reopening and I was so relieved. Now I am back as her patient and I couldn't be happier with my decision."

"The offices have been closed due to unforeseen circumstances as of Jan 10, 2022. However, they have a voicemail setup if patients need to have refills prescribed or acquire medical records. Here comes the problem. When calling the phone rings and rings and rings. Voicemail comes up but no one calls you back. Why tell patients to call and get your prescriptions/ medical records if you are not going to pick up the phone. Even before they closed it was hard to get someone on the phone. I have been coming here for years but the last two years or so this office has gotten so ghetto that I had been contemplating changing Dr's anyway but now I guess I have no choice. I see why this place is closed. The Dr. is great but the staff sucks big time especially the reception area. Hopefully this can place re-open and hire some intellectual, professional and caring staff members."

"I've been a patient of Dr. Armstrong for 3yrs. She's a great doctor, but I don't like the fact that the office just closed without letting her patients know. I called today and now the message is saying that it's permanently closed and is referring you to another doctor. It's hard getting appointments nowadays. I personally will not be calling the referred doctor because he could disappear just like Dr. Armstrong without any notice. I hope Dr. Armstrong is ok, but someone on her staffing team could have communicated with her patients to let us know she is closing her practice."
