Whataburger

"Every time I go to this location, they mess up my order. I ask for no cheese? There’s cheese. I ask for no ketchup? There’s ketchup. It usually takes FOREVER if you choose the drive thru line because the employees are so slow. Today, it smelled like weed when I drove up to the window. Whether they were smoking inside the restaurant or right outside, it REEKED. This wouldn’t have been much of a problem if my food didn’t taste like weed… I took a bite of my burger and it tasted just like weed, which is just unacceptable. You do you, I’m not going to judge your for smoking, but to let it get in the way of your job by constantly messing up orders, taking your sweet time, ignoring customers, and making the food taste like the drug you are using is not ok. I will NOT be returning to this location ever again. Hopefully there’s better luck at the Whataburger on Tennessee Street."

"My experience today here was phenomenal. I've always liked the food at Whataburger and the atmosphere is usually pretty good because people are always happy behind the counter. The workers are usually so busy that they cannot be too cordial, however, today was a different situation. The manager Etsee (wrong spelling)was extremely helpful when I needed something out of the ordinary. She went above and beyond her duties as a manager and helped me with a smile. Please give her a raise (HR), she deserves it! A worker named Jeremiah heard that I needed help when I was speaking to the manager. Then he stepped up without any hesitation. He said,said "I'll help him." That he did ...God bless him. Also, there was an employee at the very end of my stay that just happened to pop up and say " Hey, would you like (this) and it just happened to be what I needed. It was amazing. She is Ayona. And I must say she didn't know I was a seven star Google reviewer and yet she still also happily helped me. They all did this with a smile. I would recommend this restaurant on Lake Bradford Road in Tallahassee to my family. I would recommend it to my friends as well as the general public reading this. Stop down there and maybe not on the lunch rush but, in the late afternoon or early evening and just hang out and watch these guys do their work with a smile. It is refreshing to see good people enjoy wst they do now-a-days. By the way, as an ex third shift manager, I realized that these guys were doing their side work and I didn't hear once that the manager had to ask them to do it. I just noticed it. Great job all the way around. Kudos. I rarely give five stars all the way around. These people and the establishment deserve it."

"This place has the worse service. As mentioned in many other reviews, the food was cold! The cheese wasn't even melted. The burger was so sloppy and with way too much mustard. Cheap mustard. We had 4 different orders and they were all disgusting. One of us asked for no tomatoes, however, every burger had tomatoes."
