Dr. Nirupama Natarajan

"My son's psychiatrist retired and we saw Dr. Nirupama Natarajan. She wanted to change medications because she did not like the ones that my son was on. It has taken years to get my son's medication right and we can't change because someone doesn't like a med. If it works for the patient it should be used."

"Where's the zero stars option when you need it? This person is awful. Clearly she stopped caring about her patients a long time ago and now is only processing as many sheep as possible through the doors. She puts you on medication that you can't stop taking then makes you come and pay $217 to sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes and then 10 minute appointment. She has a list of questions she asks every time then sends you on your way. She doesn't even seem to remember who you are from appointment to appointment even after seeing her for years. There are few people I despise more than Nirupama Natajan. Looking for a new Dr now so I can fire this POS."

"The staff is rude and unhelpful, and Dr. Natarajan doesn't remember me from visit to visit. She asks me the same general questions about my life and my family every time, as if she's meeting me for the first time, and her solution to everything is to stuff me with more pills. She's also constantly running up to an hour late."

"We have been with Dr. nataajan for two years and she has been very helpful with managing our daughters medications. She works with us on our insurance needs and works with our insurance requirements. She is usually running behind but is always friendly and geniuely concerned about our situation. I've had nothing but excellent service from all the support staff and front desk. We have seen her at the Marietta location and now we go to the Roswell location.and I would recommend Dr. natarajan to a friend."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. The first person I talked to when walking in was BEYOND rude! They were quick to take my $75 as a down payment to hold my appointment, but then cancelled my appointment because they said I didn't have insurance. What if I was a customer pay patient?? So what! It is LITERALLY 100% ALLLLWAYS a hassle to get in touch with a doctor to get medicine refills. When I do get in touch with them to call something in, they say they will, but then never do...then the cycle repeats all over again. Several times I have been without my 3 medications due to medications not being called in when they said they would. I speak specifically for the Marietta and Stockbridge locations. If you have a chance to go somewhere else, DO IT!!"
