"I saw Dr. McGann for all visits. At the most recent visit he said everything looked the same on my scan and he'd see me again in 6months. He spent no time speaking with me and zero exam was done. So, I asked again what his thoughts were on my chronic issues that have sent me to the ER more than once. He then recommended a PFT. I had to remind him that he had already performed these tests, to which he said oh we did and had to leave to leave the room to review my chart. Still no advice was given or information regarding my PFT results or chronic issues. Pharmacy staff is rude and short. I requested to have my prescription filled at CVS (out of office) and the pharmacy staff ignored my request and filled it in office. Since they submitted to my insurance that they dispensed the medication already, I still have been unable to get my prescription 3 weeks later. Also, the records department has yet to return my call from August 8th. It's September now and called for a second time with no returned call."
