"Katie is totally disrespectful; several months ago they lost my lenses and she did all but call me a liar. She argued with me and that's not cool. Alex wasn't much better in customer service. I ended up going to their Brainerd Rd store where they were much friendlier and much more professional. Will not go back to the Shallowford Rd store. UPDATE: spoke with Genia, thanks for reaching out and thanks for being attentive."

"This location has been treating myself, my husband, and my 3 kids for 20 years or so. They are always the best. Their customer service is absolutely wonderful. The eye exam is very thorough very willing to explain things to you. The customer service in picking your frames is awesome very friendly and patient. They make the lens so fast and your on your way. Love love this place and all staff in it."

"I'm not sure who i had my fist appointment she was sweet but today for my follow up I had Dr Gracie (forgot last name) she was so patient with me in finding the right contact prescription AND to top it off I had both my kids 5 and 7 running around the exam room and she was to nice to us all. She spent 45 minutes or so helping me changing out contacts all while my 5 year old was spinning on her chair"
