"One of the best local theatre you'll ever experience. Almost everyone you'll encounter is a volunteer. Please ignore the comment about rude parking attendants (who probably are not employees of the Theatre Center). Also the volunteers who are in the lobby either (it is so nice that they volunteer their time) are all wonderful too, they just might not know everything about everything. Just ask for an employee of the Center at the box office. There is always one at every production. Than just come and enjoy the amateur near professional level productions that they put on. We have had season tickets for years and highly recommend them."

"One of my favorite things about the Chattanooga Theater Center is that there isn't a kids theater as well as a grown up performing art center. It is an absolutely fantastic place to introduce your kids to the magical world of theater, as well as a wonderful place to go for a show with your wife or mother. Their productions are absolutely fantastic, the people who run the concession are super nice, and it is wonderfully situated directly next to the Tennessee River. I love it!"

"This theatre center is magnificent in every way. The setting along the river is spectacular, the volunteers are amazingly efficient and cordial, and the parking is a bargain at $5. The performance of The Color Purple was absolutely perfect in every way. The voices of the cast took my breath away with their superior quality. The live music was excellent and the directing was superb. Chattanooga is so very fortunate to have people devoted to keeping this live performance treasure here. Wow. Wow. Wow!"

"I love this theatre in the heart of Downtown Chattanooga! The workers are nice, and the theatre is lovely! I saw "Every Christmas Story Ever Told" last December, and tonight I saw "The Color Purple"! Every Christmas Story had me laughing, and The Color Purple BLEW ME AWAY! The performances by all the actors was incredible! It made me tear up at the end. If you live in Chattanooga, or are visiting, I definitely suggest seeing a play here! I look forward to seeing more!"
