"This rambling chaotic nut case of a woman who WAS my doctor for a few years put me on the highest dosage of the most serious medicines and I became addicted, Then decided to stop prescribing my my medication (also telling me to never stop any of these medication’s cold, turkey that it was very dangerous and could cause death) now she has convinced my loved ones that I need to be put in a inpatient rehabilitation center in South Florida. You may ask How, my love ones even know. Well, it’s a simple as she decide to discuss my personal matters with my family and love ones without permission. She’s unethical she’s chaotic and she is not to be trusted! I would recommend anyone to stsy as far away from Her as much as possible. I wish there was one less ⭐️ I can give her."
