"I called today (Friday) for my young adult daughter. She was needing to be seen due to tooth pain shooting up through the nerve to her ear from work done by a different dental office. The lady on the phone so nice and sympathetic and got my daughter seen same day. The dentist my daughter saw today was amazing. Night and day from the previous office. She evaluated everything, talked to me on the phone about the treatment plan and identified what was wrong and a plan going forward. I'm so thankful they took care of her and she didn't have to go into the weekend suffering. I would recommend this office and I'm thankful everything worked out today for my daughter to end up here."
"Unfortunately, I am a person that has a very severe phobia of dental offices (due to childhood trauma) and this office and their staff go out of their way to try and make my visits as easy as possible. They seem to fully understand that my anxiety is beyond my control and even quite embarrassing for me. They genuinely show great care and support! Shout out to Kerrie Smith who is a rockstar!"
"Received a call from "Shanea" who advised me there was a mistake in my billing. She explained to me more in-depth the billing procedures since I have a primary and secondary insurance and there were mistakes when my insurance was billed. She then advised me that I actually have a $127 refund coming back to me. I appreciate her calling me and explaining the mistake and taking full responsibility for it. Went in for a second opinion on a tooth replacement. They did the panoramic xray and I met with Grimes. Once all the xray and evaluation was submitted to insurance I ended up with a $130 dollar bill. Looked at the statement read that the xray was $145 and the evaulation was $104. I called about the bill and asked why they did they do a whole panoramic xray when I was there for just one tooth and was told that's just the way they do things and then asked why the evaluation was so expensive since the dentist only spent about 5 minutes with me and was told that's the fee. Then once I was given estimates for the work needed it was over $1k more than what my dentist quoted. I'm sure they do great work just seems more expensive than it should be."
"I went to Coweta Dentistry due to receding gums where roots were exposed and little enamel left on my front teeth caused by teeth whitening over the years. Dr. Raslan discussed getting veneers since my teeth were still healthy and I did not need implants. Dr. Raslan artistically created the most perfectly beautiful veneers! I cannot stop smiling now! Very happy with the results!!"
"Dr. Grimes is one of the BEST! As an oral surgeon he makes sure you understand the process, you are comfortable and he also has a great sense of humor, which helps when you are in the chair having oral surgery! I would highly recommend him!"
