Dr. Jason C. Hester, MD 1801 Palmyra Road, Albany, GA 31701

"Never in a million years would I ever think that a "doctor" would care so little about their patients, customer service and correcting an action done by their office staff. I had been going to this office for nearly 5 years and have never had a problem until recently, at least not with the doctor. Their front office has changed over multiple times and still I stayed because I was happy with my children's dr. Apparently their insurance person left and now they're trying to get money back from claims that should've been paid by the insurance company. I called this lady every time I received a bill and I was told repeatedly "don't worry about it, I'll take care of it". I had no reason to not believe her because I had never had an outstanding bill in the 5 years that my children were patients there, now all of a sudden I owe a balance that should have been paid in full by the insurance company had the claim been filed correctly. When I told them to let me know if I needed to send my childrens records elsewhere because I wasnt paying the bill, that was their mistake Dr. Hester told me that I could just cancel my appointment. The manner in which he said it was so shocking to me because how do you expect me to pay for a mistake that your office made. He was short and his attitude was just downright nasty and I will never take my kids here again."
