"Nooooooo!!! Read all the NEWEST reviews before making an appointment. Dishonorable and deceitful practices. A total waste of my time and also my mother's time. I called and my mother called and we also called the insurance company to be sure about the preventative care cost. I asked what to expect because I had never been to the office and I didn't want to be blindsided by the total experience. I was told by the front staff one thing over the phone and then told the opposite when I was seated in the chair with the hygienist. The office manager spoke about ethics. Well...I question the logic of this office. How can you speak about ethics when you can't even be honest on a call before the office visit? What about giving your best customer service upfront before speaking about ethics? What happened to training the entire staff to give accurate info so that I am not leaving the office full of emotions and tension when no service was even provided? All the calling and verifying the day before...just very disappointing that my experience was a bust. Gaslighting at its best."

"The dentist was nice and they told me everything that was going on with my teeth. But what sucks is that they don't accept my insurance and they are super expensive. I called up there before I went up there and asked if they accept my insurance and one of the ladies there told me yes , when I got there they said no . I could've went somewhere else to get an examination on my teeth if I would've known that they don't accept my insurance from the first time . That's why I gave this place 3 stars"

"I had a crown done here in 2019. This year it broke off and so did the remaining tooth. I visited a different dentist that was closer and they told me to immediately call the dentist that had done. It was under 5 years and they should be willing to help in some manner. Four messages later and Dr. Bush, nor his assistant have called me back. Even though I was initially told he would call me back once he got back from vacation. I think it's been over a month and I've called multiple times. After spending a decent amount of money- out of pocket for the dental work and their work not holding, I can't even get a return call to tell me they won't do anything for me. With that customer service and not standing behind their work, I wouldn't go here to get the implant I now need."
