"Horrible experience. To start with the paper work they have you fill out says they will place their hand over a child’s mouth if they’re screaming or strap them down if they move too much and not allowing parents back for children over 4 I told them if I couldn’t go back with my 6 year old he would not be seen due to him being autistic and I was not comfortable signing the paper work. My 14 year old just wanted to stick it out and be seen so he could get a referral to the orthodontist. When they called the kids back we ended up leaving, we didn’t make it past where they weigh the kids and it was disgusting. There was holes in the walls and smelled terrible my 14 year old said it looked like we walked into a horror movie and was ready to leave. I have never seen a dental office in such bad shape I don’t know how this place is even in business"

"Dangerous, overcrowded, and disgusting. 5 hour wait time past the time of your scheduled appointment, even for kids who are required to not eat before procedure. Meanwhile all the receptionists are door dashing food all morning in front of the kids. Bathroom sink is full of blood and paper towels and the floor is covered in toilet paper. A guy asked for gloves to use their only restroom and this is something they expect kids to use. All the dental chairs are in one room with no dividers so other people's splatter can end up in your mouth. If your kid is going under sedation they don't allow you back there for any reason, which is unethical for kids under 6 years old. Then they have the audacity to say its for covid reasons after you've seen the conditions of everything else.They make an already traumatizing experience for kids even more torturous and traumatizing. This place should be shut down just by the cleanliness alone, not to mention how they treat people. Save your kids and avoid this place at all costs. I wouldn't trust them for average dental checkups, much less a sedated procedure on a 6 year old. Disgusting. They also wrote the wrong YEAR on his school excuse TWICE. Handwritten. For NEXT year."

"This place is so Ghetto, they have poor customer service, no one acknowledges you. They schedule everyone at the same time, leaving you to have to sit for at least over two hours, then having to sit additional time in the back because their still not ready. The restroom is filthy with trash piled up, to the point now the trash is on the floor. But what’s more crazy is that they will ask if you can leave a review, like you’re gonna lie for them. I DO NOT recommend."
