"The only reason I gave this a one is because I had to put something. Dr delligetti is wonderful, but the staff up front are terrible, and every single time I take one of my grandkids up the these ladies are so rude, and rude with a smile on their faces. Both the one on the sick side and most definitely the one on the nonstick side...I want to slap her head off every time she speaks to me or pull her through the window that you're not supposed to knock on even though I'm standing there forever waiting for them to stop joking around with each other. Already making plans to go to Zoe pediatrics."

"Was once a good child doctor but the staff he has working here now have no care for the people who have been coming there since your 12 year old was a baby this will be the last visit time for a new doctor with staff that is helpful and understanding of people hard situation be up front let people know they are going to have to wait 2 hours to be seen very unprofessional and rude"

"The entire front staff is trash now!!! They are rude, unhelpful, and lazy! They refused to try to send a fax of a dr excuse to my childs school after the one and only good one sent one for my other child! If they are too lazy to send a fax their probably too lazy to put my childs information into the computer on their health record right! Not to mention they have a sign on the window that says please dont knock on it but you will stand at the window for a while waiting for them to finish joking around to service you for what ever and be shopping in the office on the computer at work! The Dr is great had him as my own as a child and he will explain things too you and help you understand how the processes work."

"I had an appointment for 11:15. I was little late came up at 11:21 and was told they had too many walk in that I would have to reschedule. I had to take off from work to take my son to the doctor. They refuse to see me. They have a sign posted on the window that read if you are 15 minutes late you will have to reschedule. I was only 6 minutes late. That was very unprofessional. That is not my fault you have too many walk ins , I had an appointment."

"Dr. Delligatti is a wonderful, compassionate doctor who takes time to explain whatever is going on with my child. He is genuinely concerned for her well being and it I feel very safe and supported as a parent when I take my daughter there. His staff is awesome as well. Always friendly and courteous and helpful. My family appreciates having these wonderful people working with our daughter."
