"I went in as a walk in at like early afternoonish Sunday, the front office was super nice, the location was extremely clean better than the other locations I’ve visited. The provider Renae Beeland was SO SO nice and reassuring. She listened, and made the visit very comfortable. The entire process was super quick without feeling like I was rushed and still taken care of. The best experience I’ve ever had at any care connect."
"We use CC a good bit for us and our kids. We usually have decent visits, until yesterday. We saw Sybil Lew and she was extremely rude to me in front of my kids. She is normally not friendly when we see her, but this is the first time she has been out right rude to us. I also looked online a few months ago and noticed that they file charges to our insurance for things we definitely don't discuss at our appointments. They are good for the kids when they need a quick swab for strep/flu/covid but that's about it. The front office staff are always nice and polite though!"
