"Shannon is extremely rude and unhelpful. She stated because the incorrect insurance was provided at the time of visit they could not refile with the correct insurance, I argued that. She said call the billing department and hung up on me. I called the billing department where a nice lady refiled it with no problem and let me know you have up to a year to refile. I called back to speak with Shannon's boss, which is the doctor. Shannon and the girl who answers the phone both refused to let me speak to the doctor. Shannon is the doctors daughter, who is also ruining his business. People like them should not be working in the health care industry especially with kids because they do not care about people! I feel bad for their kids. Evil people working at this doctors office. They will take your money if you let them!"

"This place is listed twice in Google , once for the doctors name and once for "Thomaston pediatrics" so I will repeat my review. The wait times are always very long but the real problem was the Dr refused to give our daughter her immunization shots on the grounds that the insurance wouldn't cover it since we had a wellness checkup in the same year already. We were told to go to the health Dept who it turns out doesn't do shots for insured kids in our area, but they told us that it sounded wrong and we should ask the insurance. The insurance told us they didn't know what he was talking about and yes they would cover the visit no issue. So we called back and this time were told that the doctor wouldn't do shots except at annual wellness visits (not having anything to do with insurance so he lied to us the first time) but the receptionist said she would check. Well she called back and said the Dr simply wouldn't do them. What the holy heck, ridiculous. So we are going elsewhere, it's almost like he doesn't even want the business. Not only were the wait times long and the receptionists rude about the long wait but then this, so we will be going elsewhere. Unbelievable."

"The staff is always polite and Dr. Delli-Gatti actually takes the time to listen to what we have to say. The wait might be a little long, but the excellent care my child receives is worth the wait."

"The receptionst at the front desk " Mary" is very rude. I was in the middle of explaining my situation and she cut me off and put me on hold...then never came back to the phone. I love love the doctor though."

"My daughter has been taking my grandson since birth. He is now 7 months old. She has been telling the doc that her baby is sick i.e. vomiting; abdominal pain; constipation. The doctor prescribed a medication that was $400. stating he would get it approved through the insurance company. He did not. As a matter of fact he let my grandson go months with no medication. (My daughter never missed an appointment). I decided to go to see for my self what the problem was. When I went he chewed my daughter out for my grandson losing a few ounces (she's a first time mother)when I spoke up he told me to shut my mouth. Furthermore he chewed my daughter out over the $400 med when she asked was there anything as effective but cost less. He shrugged his shoulders and told her to make sacrifices. There is nothing we wouldn't do for this sweet baby. I attempted to politely defend my daughter and he tried to put me out of the room using his weight against the door! This is my daughter and grandson! We started to leave and on the way out HIS staff asked what was wrong? I told them. I didn't yell or curse or do anything inappropriate. They shut the glass in my face. We then left and went to Dr coker. What a night and day experience. If you're looking for a good beside manner and a doc that will advocate for you then this is not the one! I wouldn't let him vaccinate my dogs."
