"At first, they acted nice and caring. But when they found out your results arent that severe, they treat you like the dirt they step on. Plus, they already have results ready and have you waiting in the room longer than you should be. Worse hospital ever and never coming back."

"I’ve never seen such lack of communication regarding patient care. My mom was transferred to Silver Care and the only information given to me by the social worker was that she was there. I called to get a status update and was told they would call back as they were in a session; never received a callback. Contacted them again and was asked for a code word to discuss care; funny that this was not discussed when I was initially contacted. Her entire family has been left in the dark regarding her care. Definitely doesn’t seem like they want to work with the patient’s support system for after they are discharged as they provide absolutely no information at all. Would never recommend referring a patient to this program!"

"My husband was admitted into the hospital with Covid and pneumonia. After leaving the ER, he was placed in the Covid ward on the 2nd floor. Everyone of the staff, from the ER, nurses, the respiratory therapist, to the housekeeping, were phenomenal. I absolutely wanted to cry because of the compassion and extra care they gave to my husband. I believe the staff at URMC is absolutely the best and most sincere in the State of Georgia. "Went to the ER last night. The nursing staff was great, and believe it or not I was seen in a timely manner. The problem is they will let you suffer in agony. I'm not a drug addict, and I don't appreciate being treated as such. When I say I'm hurting bad, I'm hurting bad !!! They are charging the heck out of my insurance, I expect adequate treatment. Believe me, I took plenty of over the counter medicine to alleviate the pain, but it wasn't working. An eye injury is excruciating!!! Same when I had a kidney stone attack last year, they tried to downplay the amount of pain I was in. They kept saying there isn't much they could do for eye pain. That is a flat Lie!! I would love to see one of their reactions to an eye injury like mine, then they would realize it's serious!! Upson medical center, stop treating us like junkies"

"I can't praise Upson Regional enough for the care they gave me during my stay there. The emergency room was amazing with all of the staff from Dr Rowland, Pete and Charles, etc. There were so very many I just don't know all of their names from the emergency room. I appreciate these doctors, nurses and staff so very very much!! I went in experiencing stroke symptoms and they took me back right away and went in to full mode of taking caring of me and doing all types of test. They decided to keep me and do more testing and sent me up to a room on the 2nd floor. I had the most amazing nurses and staff while I was there and want to let them know I appreciate them so very much!! Nurses, Techs and staff members, Michelle nurse, Michelle the Tech that did my echo cardiogram, Iridia nurse and I think the techs name that night was Nadia, Amanda nurse and I can't remember her the tech that assisted the nurse Amanda that morning and also the MRI tech Amanda and the Case Manager Robin and the cleaning lady Linda. There could be a few more that I just can't remember. All I can say is that Upson Regional Medical Center is Amazing And Has Fantastic Caregivers and Staff!! Me and My Husband Are So Thankful For Them And For God And NP Chris Stancil At Family Health Clinic Zebulon. Thank Ya'll So Much For The Amazing Care I Received."
