"I tried giving this clinic a chance because Dr. Ross was a black female physician, and she’s thorough. But I have had it up to my nose with the service I’ve received. The wait time to be seen is over an hour, and I’ve been trying to speak with someone regarding a bill for the past year. Today was my last straw. I tried actually speaking with a person regarding the bill at my last visit, and instead of the front desk helping me, they cut me off and gave me a phone number to call. This phone number leads to an outsourced office where they have foreigners doing the billing. I’ve been calling this number for the past 4 months and today I was hung up on by this guy who claimed to be one of the doctors. Not only do they hang up on you when you call, but they also transfer you to peoples voicemail ( TAMMY) who are NEVER AT THEIR DESK. I tried giving this clinic a chance, but the unprofessionalism is a little too much. I’m pulling my records and going elsewhere. Also, you have to drive back up to the office for test results. No online portal, or anything. God forbid you don’t have a car, you’ll never see the results. But you’ll see that bill though!"

"The one star is being very gratuitous….. if you like waiting in the office 3+ hours just for a regular visit/ getting paper work signed a released then this is the place for you. No one here cares about your time, very unprofessional especially when it comes to the importance of what is needed from her on her end. 10 out of 10 I wouldn’t recommend the doctor nor any of the staff."

"She was rude, and unprofessional. She was always rushing and all over the place. She never called me back for my results or contact my surgeon like she said she would. She made me miss my surgery date! I will never go back to her again! Waste my time & money!"

"This place is very unprofessional. They will not refill prescriptions unless you come into the office (to run up your insurance). Appointments take nearly 5+ hours for a simple check up. Concerns are never addressed, staff is unprofessional. Their medical decisions are questionable. Dr. Ross prescribed my loved one a medication that was not needed and caused more harm than good. After being on this medication for years, I finally got a second opinion and was told that my loved one should not have been placed on that medication in the first place. I would not recommend anyone to come here...I could go on and on."

"Today is Tuesday, January 8, 2019 Within the last 2 years, I've made 3 morning appointments(9am) and all of them ended after 4pm.Needless to say, the wait is beyond ridiculous! The ladies at the front desk are rude, unprofessional and have no knowledge , what so ever about the medical field. Their appearance is always unkept and dirty to say the least!! Lately, there has been a young man answering the phone and he has no clue either. I tried to schedule an appointment to see the doctor and he said just come on in , any day!! I said ummmm are you sure , he simply said, yeah!! I've never met/seen Dr. Rhonda Ross , only a Caucasian man and then once I saw a Jamaican sounding student / tech. She was nice but had no idea what was going on. She had my personal folder mixed up with someone else. She could barely read the chart..The rest room and patient wait rooms are outdated and unclean . I would NOT recommend Dr. Ross or her place of practice. I'm currently searching for a new doctor. One that I feel comfortable with and has a professional and caring atmosphere."
