"i would not recommend this office. i went to this office for many years and enjoyed it but something switched. i don’t know what happened but it just went down hill. i called to get my shot records and was meant with the rudest person i have ever meant. i don’t know her name or role but she needs to get knocked off her high horse. i was told to “call another doctor to get my shot record” and that i no showed in 2021. i have no idea what she’s talking about or how that is gonna stop me from getting my records but i would not recommend this office to anyone"

"Dr Tega did not have the needed antibiotic sent to the pharmacy for my sick grand baby for strep. The office close early on Friday even though it is advertised that they close at 530p. The front office acts as if they do not have a clue about anything and the staff changes constantly!"

"A 1 star only because there is no option for anything less!!!!!! Take heed of this practice everyone who love their precious children. Dr Tega made a diagnosis of strep for my very young loved one, the pharmacy info was given to him to send the needed prescription and it was never sent to pharmacy. Called office spoke to one of the many revolving door staff members to ask what the issue was in sending the prescription and was told she would check with Dr after he comes out patient's room. After another hour wait, still no prescription at pharmacy. Another phone call to Dr Tega's office now with answering service message taker stating someone would give a call back. NO CALL BACK....I then went back out to practice and the doors were locked, they were closed. This was on a Friday around 3pm and online and phone recording advertise hours M-F 830a-530p Extremely unacceptable and unprofessional and no regard for the sick especially babies with no voice. Help yourselves and loved ones!!!!!!!"

"This doctor is amazing! I have watched the office grow in leaps and bounds. He has been my children's pediatrician for the past 15 years. He is really that good! He cares for the children as does the staff. I am so sorry to read the other reviews. I can just imagine the fears that other parents are having after reading the reviews. But Dr. Tega is really an awesome doctor."
