"2023 Update on Jerry Hickman. I can't believe that I haven't given a thank you to Jerry on google. Today was a great example of his attention to my business needs. Jerry reminded me that we had to address an email received about changes to email accounts. We meet to review my accounts with Microsoft Office365 and URLs. Both were purchased through GoDaddy. An email from google was received last week saying a review was needed for all email accounts associated with my business. Free accounts were going to end in August. After a clean-up on my history of too many emails and urls, we moved on to my skills to mirror android phones to a smart TV. I'm an Apple I-phone user. In order to support my clients who use android phones, I need the skills to open their phones onto a smart TV screen so we can process the online check-ins with vendors. Jerry brought his android phone so I could hold a phone and process the steps. It worked. Thank you, Jerry. Until..."MJ" PS: The travel industry is changing. We are now "coaches" to our clients who use us for our expertise. 2019 update on Jerry. Jerry continues to be my IT support person. He never fails me with all of my IT needs and his ability to pull from his IT knowledge to fix my dilemma. Today was a challenge with emails and software programs. Jerry was quick to find solutions. "MJ" Hats off to Jerry. On March 15th, I called "uncle" on my computer and started the process of getting a new one. I was down to one USB port and it was till under warranty. To make a long story short, two months later and 3 computers later, I'm up and running my Alpha Voyages Travel Agency once again. Jerry and I kept problem solving and going thru computers and the downloading and uploading of my software and data. I could write a blog on this 2017 computer world experience. Thank you Jerry. You know as much about my business world as I know. I'm glad to have a faithful and reliable tech person on my team."

"Jerry came out to my place and did a free estimate as to replacing my 9 year old PC. He suggested I purchase a re-fabricated PC, much more inexpensive than what I originally intended to purchase.
