"I have had 4 other paint jobs on various cars over the years from this Maaco. They were all decent jobs for the money and I was satisfied. This last one was terrible! Half of the paint had wrinkles of some sort in it. I asked the guy at the front desk what happened and I needed it fixed. He said wasn’t their fault. He said something in old paint made it wrinkly. He said his painter told him about it when he started painting and front desk guy told him to just keep painting. Front desk guy asked where I had last pa Int job done and I told him another Maaco 8 years earlier lol. Same company but different place. Just want it fixed!!! Black Subaru Legacy pained black on June 26. Just want it fixed. If I hear nothing from from Maaco I’m headed to better business people to file a complaint. Just want what I paid for. Thanks"

"We dropped our truck off on August 20th & were told it would take 7-10 days. It wasn't ready until October 5th. We picked it up the 6th. My fiance waited 2 weeks & then called in every week after & was told the same thing every time "It'll be ready Wednesday/Thursday" so we would wait. Once those days passed(no one ever called on those days) he would call the following week & was told the same thing. Finally I emailed wanting to speak to a supervisor. The owner, Kevin, immediately reaches out within an hour & addressed our concerns. Other than my car, this was our only other transportation so he understood my frustration. He then explained what was going on & why it was taking so long, which was more than the employees did. My fiance did the body work before dropping it off, but Kevin explained that there were a few things they had to fo over & correct. He also didn't charge us a dime over the quoting price either. He was very apologetic & promised we would love the outcome. I was happy that he actually explained to us what was going on, instead of leading us in circles like the others. I added a couple before & after pictures. Other than it taking way longer than we were told, we are happy with the Winchester Maaco & my fiance loves the truck. We will definitely be using them again!"
