"Bad daycare, probably worst in the area, the staff are unfriendly and multiple times ive walked in to pick my son up and they were yelling at little babies because there were only 2 people watching nearly 20 toddlers"

"This place sucks theres no other way to put it, they have nothing that makes up for the constantly closing randomly, not doing incident reports, no communication (i was called multiple times after dropping my son off for diapers when they couldve told me the day before, called me before, or told me while i was there that he needed those) and after all that and them not really helping my son in any capacity, if you try to question any injuries they dont document (they document nothing) they call child protective services on you when you ask them about it, this place is filled to the brim with trash people that are only there for the paycheck do not let your child go here"

"Had my sons shoes on the wrong feet when I last picked him up and they wanna close a random day out of every week for no reason and then don't bother to call or tell anyone when they are gonna randomly close I showed up with 3 other parents that weren't expecting them to be closed this place is ridiculous"

"I wish I could give this place zero stars. My son was enrolled for about 6-8 months in the one year old room, and during that small amount of time I had nothing but problems. For starters, I never received my son’s “daily sheet” about his day, when I would ask, the answer I always received was “oh I don’t know I just got in here”. So that tells me when employees are switching shifts there is zero communication between them. Couldn’t tell you when my son was changed, when he ate, how much he ate, if he napped and for how long, it was always a guessing game. THEN, we would pick our son up and he would have other children’s PACIS in his MOUTH!! We labeled his paci and sent it in and they told us we weren’t allowed to label things!!! But yet they can’t keep straight what is whose. To continue, my son had probably 4-5 teachers in the time he was there, they can’t keep a staff because they treat them horribly (which should say how they would treat your child). And finally the biggest issue, is they LOVE to overcharge you. I would pay on Friday and then be asked to pay again on Monday!! Couldn’t tell you how many times I argued with them and showed bank statements. Which brings us to why I’m writing this review. My son was unenrolled in June, because we moved three hours away. Tell me WHY I receive a bill TODAY (10/17) saying I never paid them for a week in June!! I tried to call but of course Samantha wasn’t available (she never is) to let them know my bank statement is PROOF I paid them. All in all this daycare is so unprofessional, unorganized, and untrustworthy. Do not send your children here."
