"let me first say that I love this practice for MOST of the nurses and MOST of the doctors. BUT I have called several times to discuss things like concerns, questions or appts and the nurses I have spoken to are COMPLETELY rude. I had one get real snotty with me, accuse me of lying about a conversation I had with a previous nurse and then when I thanked her for her help and told her to have a great day, she said NOTHING and hung up. So many times, the nurses answering calls are unprofessional, disrespectful of the patient's concerns and questions and forgets that we have lives too outside of cancer treatment. Work harder at being nice. Wear a smile when you're on the phone. That can be felt by the patient. Don't like your job....find a new one. Not that hard."
