"Paid and requested medical record for a pending claim. I was told 7-10 business days. Each time I call, I am told to call back on such and such day and it will be ready. I called today and was told to call back on Monday. This is ridiculous. I was told the record would be one page so I’m not understanding why the employees keep lying and not doing their job. I’ve been told the following on separate days: “I am going to complete it today or tomorrow” “Call us Friday and it will be ready” “call us Monday and it will be ready” This psychiatry office is slow and they don’t seem to care about their customers."

"Review is for the secretary who answered the phone, not the dr. I was hung up on the first time I called. Could've been an accident, not sure. Second time she answered the phone quite rudely & said they weren't taking new patients. I said thank you, & she said "mhmm" with an attitude & hung up. Wow."

"I am not a fan of Dr.Dixit. On our first meeting he was condescending and he put off a very affronted attitude. I went to see him for a second appointment but it never happened. I waited over an hour and still wasn't seen. This is unprofessional. Why make an appointment time if you can't keep it yourself. Its called time management and one of the simplest things to accomplish."
