"Here is some pics of the trash on the property and appliances left out in the yards and mailboxes all laid down on the ground .I moved in almost 2 years ago .Never would have imagined that I'd be dealing with all that I have been in just 2 years moved in wasn't able to bathe no heat fridge or freezer didn't work and closet shelf missing have dealt without hot water a few times twice went 2 weeks without hot water. Now dealing with them charging me money I don't owe and saying I owed rent they took that money and applied it it to pet fees I don't owe .It's really mind blowing . I wouldn't recommend moving here until they get people in that know what they are doing"
"This place use to be nice.But now it has went downhill .I'm a resident there and the day I moved in I had no heat they brought me little heaters couldn't take a bath it was full of water so went a bit without being able to bathe .my fridge did not work nor my freezer so couldn't put any food in there since then I've been without hot water numerous times they just this past Thursday fixed my hot water after 2 weeks without it .Now they are trying to charge me money I don't owe. Waited till the last week in Nov to tell me what my rent was gonna be in Dec. They are never in the office and when they are they are either in meetings or doing training had to wash my laundry in the dark .If anyone is else is dealing with this please put your name on here I have reached out to legal aid and made them aware of what is going on maybe we residents can get together and something can be done about all this.They also allowed 2 other people to live in someone else apartment that had abandoned their apartment then told them they would try and help them get a place there .Just to kick them out with little notice.Im reporting all this to hud because this place needs new people running it where residents aren't taken advantage of."
"I really liked these Apts when we moved in .I love the manager, she's a very sweet woman. However the new people that bought it act like these Apts are the greatest Apts that ever was. Last year our rent went from 575.00 to 675.00 and I was ok with that. No pool since Covid,all these people around me having others live with them that's not supposed to be there and get the government to pay their rent. Here we are telling the truth and yet they go up on ours to 775.00. I was already told that it wasn't going up this time yet here we are another 100 bucks. Then a lady had the audacity to say Honey,We Don't Go By Income. Really? This whole apt complex is based on income. I was supposed to be put on the waiting list over 2 years ago now so I could get help. But imagine that,no one can find anything about it. I guess the only way to get help nowadays is to lie,cheat and steal. Oh yeah don't forget they still haven't opened the pool."
"The place was nice to live in and the rent was affordable however we moved out June 30th, 2020. It is now Jan 4, 2021 and we have YET to get our security deposit back. Or a letter stating where our money went to. We provided them a forwarding address the day we moved out. We have attempted to call them numerous times. No one answers the phone. We have gone to the office on multiple occasions to speak to someone as well and the door is always locked. Considering moving forward with court action. We signed a lease stating we would get our money back in 45 days. The lady on the phone confirmed that as well. It has been well over 6 months. Highly disappointed and wouldn’t recommend moving here as it seems like this is a reoccurring issue"
"Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had. Had a problem with my dishwasher if February, submitted multiple work orders and called, tried to go to the office but no one was ever there to answer the door, never got an answer or any responses about it. I moved out 8/31 and still have not been able to speak to anyone regarding my security deposit. I’ve emailed them three times in the past two week, called at least 100 times over the past month, always goes to the ‘this mailbox is full’ message. Haven’t been able to talk to a single person in almost two months. I would not recommend anyone live here if they think they may ever need to get in touch with anyone in the office or if they plan to get their security deposit back. Terrible place to live."
