"I like it but its not suited for someone who has more than one child . If you have an infant its fine but children need a place to run and play. Their is a small play area but its situated between the parking lot and a dumpster. They do keep this place clean and maintained very well. I would say the biggest complaint that I have is something they cannot control and that is the road to the apartments it is up a hill so the slightest bit of bad weather snow or freezing rain lets just say you had better been prepared because your not getting up this hill yes u can slide down it but even 4 wheel drive doesn't do much on ice..."
"The only reason I did not rate it excellent is during the renovation more of the sheet rock needed to be replaced. I can send example pictures on request."
