"This is a low income apartment complex.There is some handicap people that live there one is bed fast that lives on 3rd floor with only one way out. And 2 more on 2nd floor. A lot of times the elevator breaks down if there is a fire they wont be able to get out. It is dirty over ran with roaches, water runs from the roof down the walls and gathers under the building. Elevator always shorts out and alarm goes off, than Fire dept shows up and they cant do anything manager has to bring a key. Could take hours. Needs investigated."

"Horrible manager! Treats tennants good when family is around and mean to them when they are not. Kept my Mother's deposit although the apartment was in perfect condition. She also threatened my Mother with repercussions if she didnt do things as she wanted them done. Jodi is a miserable human being. She comes to the building once a month. Building runs itself without a manager. You cannot believe what the manager says as she lies and exaggerates extensively."
