Rooted Resilience is a mental health institution located in Decatur, Georgia, United States. Specializing in holistic resolution of stress and trauma, our goal is to help you develop deeper connections with others, nature, and yourself. As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, we offer a safe and supportive environment to explore your identity, strengthen boundaries, and find balance.

Our therapeutic approach is collaborative, focusing on promoting safety, exploration, and insight while building resilience. We utilize a somatic Attachment framework to help you tune into your body's consciousness and improve results. By understanding your personal work within the context of your environment, we can process meaningful themes and nurture unseen parts to release your creative energy and enhance your wellbeing.
