"Do not recommend!! Not only was Elana useless clinically, but she was a nightmare to work with administratively. She was recommended by our fertility clinic but I wish we had done more research. Our one hour session could have been an email- she screenshared her website and read it to us, then she talked at us about her own life stories. When we asked questions pertaining to our situation, she said “that’s a good question, I don’t know.” And had no interest in exploring them further. Administratively is where the real nightmare started. We were told by insurance that our $350 session and report would be covered. But Elana’s paperwork had her own NPI# and address wrong! BCBS confirmed the accurate info in their system and when I reached out to Elana to update the paperwork she refused to do so. I have no idea why other than laziness I suppose"
