"Pictures provided - I thought it was a decent place to live and they were pretty honest until I moved out (there were other incidents prior to moving but I like to try see the good in everyone). When I moved out, I had a professional housekeeper clean the apartment, they said they had to clean various things in the apartment and charged me $300 for that - complete LIE - look at the photos I provided. They also said they had to remove trash and debri and charged me $25 - LIE - I did damage the floor but I was told it was going to be replaced anyway prior to moving out by the maintenance people - I was told not to worry about it - I had a conversation in which Shane said they were going to charge me $900 to replace - after I told him what his employee told me he decided to get his $900 by saying "excessive pet urine" which is another LIE - I shampooed that carpet every month and it was disgusting when I moved in. They also charged me for a window screen - $95.00 (which is way more than a window screen cost) that was damaged by the previous tenant. The walk around they do with you is an illusion to try to cover the erroneous charges when you move. All is good until you move out. I have reported them to the Attorney General. I hope you will too when they do the same thing to you."
