"The neighbors plumbing pipes is connected to my plumbing system and when they plunge their toilet there feicis run in my bathtub,I haven't had my gas turned on even though it was paid in full before I moved in 6 months ago,the receptionist is very rude and the old manager Rachael said rent was 645 and gave me another apartment that was 670 monthly, didn't let me look at it first and it was full of drywall dust,was not cleaned,plugged up toilet and bath tub the first day i moved in.the new manager took care of the roaches but they act like nobody works for a living in this hell hole,I work graveyard shift and my job is very dangerous and they want to wake me up early in the morning all the time, fine me ECT..."

"Started talking to them along time ago obout a townhouse . We drove over there and paide the holding fee and deposit ( wich was eventually returned ) however we had to fight to get it back . They had everything they needed and told us we meet the qualifications and even had us an assigned townhouse . Then at the last second after going back and forth from ohio to wv 3 times we was at the last second told they wasn’t renting to us due to an issue with the electric company . The electric company called and confirmed the issue was due to there error and we was not at fault but they said it didn’t matter and they didn’t care . I would never recommend this place to anyone"

"Began communicating with them about a month ago and sent a $150 holding fee for a townhome. Asked for pics, they sent stock pics and admitted they were not the actual home. Said they had a flat coming open and asked for kitchen pic to see if it had any better than on their site. She never did send any after saying repeatedly she would. We get up there and drive through and OMG, the buildings were nastier than the nastiest hood in St Louis, MO. Filthy window coverings, many not even hanging straight. Filthy windows, filthy buildings, how hard is it to pressure wash? Absolutely the worst place I have ever seen and I've lived all over. I feel bad for those who have to live here, no AC, pitiful kitchens, you name it. No wonder she wouldn't send pics and with a good manager it could be turned around."
