"I live in a Townhouse in the back part of Canterbury Woods in an area called the Mews Townhouses. I have the only Townhouse with a handicap ramp built onto the front porch of the Townhouse. The Townhouses are nice, but I've had to do some upgrades to the Townhouse to make it nicer and more handicap accessible. The Townhouses are pretty, but my advice to anyone who wants to buy a Townhouse in the back part of Canterbury Woods is to make sure that you're getting what you pay for. Make sure that all of the floors are square. When I went to change the floor in the Master Bathroom from linoleum to tile the floor wasn't even square. When we had the handicap ramp built onto the front porch we didn't get what we had asked for. I had to pay someone to change the handicap ramp. There were other things that we asked for, but we didn't receive or the work that was did to the Townhouse wasn't what I asked for. Before you buy a Townhouse in the Mews Townhouses in the back part of Canterbury Woods make sure that you get what you asked for and think that you're getting. Other than these complaints the Mews Townhouses are pretty."
