"Been a patient for about 6 years and when I first met him, he was very calm, nice and willing to really listen. Since his own health decline, he's been a little different and short. Did my second endoscopy/colonoscopy in 8-10 mins...um, yeah, no way. I looked at the clock right before they put me under and as I woke, I looked again and said "no", asked the nurse how long did it take...she said about 10 mins. I was disappointed because there's no way he could've found anything that quickly. Those procedures should last about 20-30 mins at the least. I'm bidding my farewell and hope he gets better soon."

"Dr. Lal himself is the best doctor anyone could ask for. he has been with me through a very hard journey and I appreciate him and his work at every step of the way. he is a fantastic advocate for patients and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a GI doctor. However, it is at some times nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone at the office. I called at 3:00 p.m. and the answering service told me that they were at lunch until 1:00 p.m. which doesn't make any sense. Another time I called and it was as if the number was out of service. I hope they are able to fix their phones soon so that they can be reached reliably."
